  • Bradley R. Stover, Esq.

    Partner

    Mr. Stover has practiced law in Harford and Cecil Counties since 2001, with a primary focus in commercial and residential real estate sales, land use, commercial finance, commercial landlord/tenant, zoning, property rights, governmental relations, business formation and sales, business succession planning and general business representation. Mr. Stover frequently appears in front of numerous zoning appeal boards and government agencies, assisting property owners with developing their properties. Mr. Stover also litigates for business and property owners.

  • George S. Robinson IV, Esq.

    Mr. Robinson co-founded Robinson | Robinson, now Robinson & Stover, LLC, with his father in 2000 to fill a need for entrepreneurs to obtain sound legal advice at the concept stage of their business endeavors. In that same manner Mr. Robinson created Canvasback Title & Escrow to pair the best legal and real estate minds with our clients to ensure a first-class closing experience. Mr. Robinson believes that most real estate transactions involve the most valuable investment a client can make, and as such, deserves the attention to detail that Canvasback Title & Escrow’s attorneys and processors provide.

  • Whitson W. Robinson, Esq.

    Attorney at Law

    Mr. Robinson joined Canvasback Title & Escrow after retiring as the Town Attorney in Warrenton, Virginia for nearly 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience in land use and business matters from his role as Town Attorney by managing the numerous real estate projects from small land transfers and zoning matters to large multi-million dollar commercial and residential development. Mr. Robinson has worked with Council Members, Department Heads, and developers to achieve the best possible projects for the municipality and its citizens. Mr. Robinson works with a number of local organizations such as the Land Trust of Virginia while also being a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association.

  • Atalie C. Shackelford

    Operations Manager

    Atalie Shackelford joined Canvasback Title & Escrow in July of 2021. She brings over 30 years total and nearly 25 years in management in Builder, Mortgage, and Residential and Commercial Title experience. Atalie’s multifaceted career history in the Real Estate arena has excellently prepared her for her role as Operations Manager/Sr. Title Processor. When she isn’t ensuring client satisfaction, Atalie is volunteering at rehabilitation centers leading trauma informed yoga, and meditation classes!

  • Carna Noll

    Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

    Carna Noll joined Canvasback Title & Escrow in November of 2021. She brings over 25 years of experience in legal administration. As administrative assistant, Carna is passionate about aiding wherever she is needed in order to ensure that all staff are provided with the tools necessary for success. In addition to administration, Carna enjoys cooking, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family!

  • Christine M. Wade

    Paralegal

    Christine Wade joined Canvasback Title & Escrow in February 2022. She has worked as a paralegal in Harford County since 2007, with a concentration in real estate matters since 2012. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and a paralegal certificate. Her skills include deed drafting and recording, and support of Mr. Stover’s involvement with his clients’ applications for special exception approvals and rezoning requests.

  • Alexis M. Rosenfeldt

    Paralegal

    Alexis Rosenfeldt joined Canvasback Title & Escrow in September, 2023, after relocating to Bel Air from Virginia. Her experience in past paralegal work and campaign management honed her skills in title searches, client communication, and project coordination, making her an invaluable member of the team.

  • Kristin K. Robinson

    Associate

    Kristin Robinson joined Canvasback Title & Escrow in 2021. A graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University, she has worked toward criminal justice and housing solutions. She has experience in immigration, criminal defense, and family law, each of which involving housing and title conveyance as a principal matter. Kristin is now in law school at the University of Baltimore and looks forward to becoming a lawyer in the future.
